Lauren Brody has spent more than 15 years in construction finance, rising from lead project accountant on the $1.2B Delta Air Lines redevelopment at JFK to Director of Cost Control, with financial oversight across 300+ active projects.
She has prepared the requisitions, run the pencil meetings, led a companywide Procore implementation and built the teams that do that work. Clients work with her directly.
